Check-in was a bit tricky for me. I arrived late, around 7:30 PM, and found the staff unavailable. Luckily, after reaching out via the hotline, I received clear guidance on how to self-check-in. A prior email with instructions had been sent, so make sure to check your email if you arrive after 6 PM. The apartment itself was charming, clean, and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping me cool at night. I enjoyed the lovely park just across the street, which provided a nice shortcut to the town center. The manager, Naeme, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, even arranging a taxi for me. The breakfast offered was excellent too. I had a fantastic stay overall, but addressing the after-hours check-in process could further improve guests' experiences.

The loft view was a bummer compared to lower floors, and it felt a tad distant from the buzzing center of Tours. Still, who’s complaining when the apartments shine this bright?

An added bonus of a microwave and dishwasher. The check-in process was all digital and smooth. Perfect for couples.
